Senior Account Executive
Dallas/Fort Worth Area


  • Set and monitor sales targets
  • Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
  • Act as the liaison between clients and our Manufactures
  • Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
  • Build quotes for new opportunities
  • Support the entire sales team and engineering team
  • Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement
  • Manage our key accounts portfolio
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships
  • Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
  • Monitor sales performance metrics (CRM)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts


  1. Proven work experience as a Senior account executive
  2. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  3. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  4. Excellent communication and team management skills
  5. Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  6. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  7. BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
